Mr. Olayemi Cardoso is a Chairman of FBC Trust & Securities Limited. He is a Professional banker and Chartered Stockbroker. He has over 15 years of banking experience with Chase, Citibank and Citizen International Bank. He attained the position of Vice president at NIB/Citibank and Executive Director at Citizens. He was appointed the premier Commissioner for Economic Planning and Budget in Lagos State in 1999, a position he held until 2005 after which he returned to running of FBC Trust & Securities Limited.
He holds a bachelors degree in Finance and Accounting from Aston University UK, and a Masters degree in Public Administration from Harvard University, USA. He is a Mason fellow at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. Mr Cardoso sits on the board of several companies including MRS Oil Nigeria Plc and he is the Chairman of the Project Committee of the World Bank assisted Lagos Metropolitan Development and Governance Project.

Mr Thompson A. (Yemi) Disu-Sule is a Non- Executive Director of the company. He is a seasoned banker and Chartered Stockbroker. He possesses the Banking Diploma of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (UK) and also an alumnus of Enugu State University Business School. He started his Banking career in the defunct Nationwide Merchant Bank in 1985 as an Analyst before leaving for Marina International Bank Limited with a wealth of experience in Corporate Banking Division; Marina International Banking was acquired by Access Bank Plc. Mr Disu-Sule has over twenty years experience as a floor based-trader. He was the Head of Capital Market in EDC Securities Limited the then subsidiary of Ecobank Nigeria Plc. He was in the employ of EDC Securities for over 13 years before moving to Intercapital Securities Limited (a member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange) as the Managing Director for a brief period before moving over to FBC Trust in 2008 as the GM/COO, a position he held for six years. He was appointed as a Director in year 2014.

Babatunde Subair (B. Tech, M.sc, ACS, ACSI): Is a consummate investment banker and securities trader with over 10 year experience. He has specialist knowledge of securities trading, investment & Portfolio management, investment banking /Issuing House Functions. He is a talented and multi-tasking investment professional with excellent client oversight, issue resolution and relationship building skills, highly effective at maximizing business opportunities. He is currently the Managing Director/CEO of FBC Trust & Securities Limited. Prior to his appointment, he was Deputy Manager, Stockbroking and promoted to the position of Client Service Manager with Interstate Securities Ltd. He has a brief stint with Friesland Campina (WAMCO) Plc; Vital Product Plc & Nigeria Machine Tools as Sales & Marketing Executive. A holder of B. Tech and M.Sc degree in Agricultural Economics & Extension and Agricultural Economics from Fed. University of Technology Minna, Niger State and University of Ibadan, Nigeria respectively. Tunde is an Authorized Dealer of the Nigerian Stock Exchange; an associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS); a Sponsored Individual with SEC and Associate of Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (CISI SUK). He is a Certified Data Protection Officer. He is also a student member of Association of Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA). Tunde has attended several local courses, seminars and conferences organized by SEC, NSE and Other Facilitators.

Bolaji Agboola is a dynamic, innovative and experienced Finance Professional with over 10 years of hands-on experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, performance management, investment management, treasury management, tax planning and management, and regulatory reporting. Prior to joining FBC Trust & Securities Limited, he was the CFO El-Elyon Alliance and Securities Limited. He has worked in various capacities as accountant and investment manager across reputable financial institutions in the Nigerian Financial Services Industry. He holds a Diploma in Banking and Finance from Yaba College of Technology, and also a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Lagos. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria (CIS).

Nwaozor Rex Ugochukwu is an exceptional and multi-talented young professional, with forte in Financial Market Operations, Relationship Management and Business Development. Prior to joining FBC Trust & Securities Limited, he had previously worked for Edgefield Capital Management Limited as the head of Operations, Fundvine Capital & Securities Limited as the Operations officer and rose to become the Head of Operations and ARM Life Plc as a Financial Advisor where he gained savvy operational skills, Business Development and Ethics in Capital Market. He holds a Diploma in Applied Psychology from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan and B.sc in Psychology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.  He is currently in his final level to become a Chartered Stockbroker and has over 8 years cognitive experience in the Capital Market. He is very meticulous and currently the Chief Compliance officer. He is personally motivated to go extra mile in ensuring all operational processes are followed in executing our client’s mandates. He has attended several workshops and trainings organised by Nigeria Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Nigeria Exchange Limited (NGX) relating to Capital Market Operations and Anti-Money Laundering.

Adewole Adebimpe Julianah holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Lagos State University (LASU). She’s also a certified project Management professional, and also she has 5 years experience in Human Resources Junior Associate, Customer Service Officer, Administration and Operation officer. She started her career growth as an administrative secretary at ESIF integrated Service Limited. She continued her career as Human Resource assistant and customer service at Just Supplies and packaging Limited. She joined Bethsaida Africa Development PLC as a Customer Service Officer. Currently, she is working as Administration and Operation Officer at FBC Trust and Securities Limited.
